There’s an energy in the stormy southern sea,  winds whip the waves into an ever-changing kaleidoscope of pale green and blue. The air is charged with ions, sodium, magnesium, chloride and sulphate bringing a sense of well-being. A lightness that’s a balm to the grey winter days.
