Grace Gladdish is an artist living in Tasmania, who’s work relies heavily on printmaking processes.
A decade as a native flower farmer birthed a love of native plants and the environments that produce them. Drawing inspiration from the wild landscapes that surround her and particularly the high country and alpine regions, Grace combines linocut and watercolour, making hybrid works that are both printmaking and painting.
Grace regularly exhibits across her home state as well as nationally. Her work recently received the Highly Commended award at the Bay of Fires Art Prize and was a finalist in the 2024 National Contemporary Art Prize. She holds an Honours Degree in Visual Arts from Queensland University of Technology.
