We are very excited to present another solo exhibition of new paintings by Amica Aindow (formerly Whincop).

Born in Germany, Amica spent much of her childhood on the rugged coast of England’s Isle of Wight. Following several years traveling the world, she eventually emigrated to Australia with her family, initially settling in Brisbane before moving to her current home in Gympie, a former gold mining town in southeast Queensland. Consequently this is reflected in Amica’s love of wide open spaces which is reflected in her work. Amica maintains a painting practice deeply informed by the forms and colours of the natural world.
