The Big Landscape brings together 17 contemporary artists whose practices expand and reimagine what “landscape” can be today. Featuring works by Mishka Ammann, Janet Ayliffe, Rod Bax, Gemma Rose Brook, Sally Deans, Siv Grava, Audrey Harnett, Jud Keresztesi, Christine Lawrence, Sarah McDonald, Craig Penny, Sophie Perez, Suzie Riley, Harry Sherwin, Chris Summer (image), Peter Watts, and Diana Wiseman, the exhibition moves across place, memory, abstraction, and environment. From intimate terrains to expansive visions, The Big Landscape invites viewers to experience landscape as both a physical and imaginative space.
