Art Images Gallery is pleased to present a selection of sculptural woven works by South Australian artist Donna Gordge.

With a background in textiles, Gordge uses textile techniques and processes in unexpected ways, often working with non-traditional materials to create distinctive sculptural forms. Her practice explores the complex relationship between loss, longing and the continual evolution of our identities, drawing on memory, place and personal experience.

A storyteller at heart, Gordge weaves fragments of recollection and reflection into her work, creating pieces that feel both deeply personal and familiar.
