The garden has been pulled apart here and allowed to float. Leaves, stems and flowers hover against the pale ground without quite settling into a single place. As the painting developed, it began to feel suspended between observation and invention, like a garden remembered in pieces rather than seen all at once.

Framing

This artwork is currently framed with an off-white mat, in an natural oak frame.

For orders within Australia, once the package has left the gallery, please allow 2-6 days for the artwork to arrive at your door and be sure there is somebody there to receive it.
