Set against a vivid green wall, this interior brings together bold pattern, saturated colour and art history. A cowhide-topped stool sits beside a dark speaker repurposed as a cabinet draped in blue fabric. Both, surrounded by oversized leafy plants and dotted vases filled with bright, almost theatrical blooms. In the background hangs David Hockney's 'May Blossom on the Roman Road', its winding vermilion path and blossoming landscape extending the sense of depth beyond the room. The energy of the landscape contrasts with the staged stillness of the interior, creating a playful tension between inside and out, nature and design.
