Set against a saturated yellow wall, this interior centres on a black and white cowhide armchair with red, spotted timber framing. On either side, oversized blue and white vases hold bold red flowers, framing the composition and echoing the palette throughout. In the background hangs 'The Dance', bringing movement and rhythm into the space. The curved figures of the painting contrast with the structured geometry of the chair and floor, creating a conversation between fluidity and form, modern design and modernist history.
