The flowers sit within a room that has gradually loosened around them. Walls, windows and surfaces are suggested rather than fully described, leaving the bouquet somewhere between still life and imagined space. As the painting developed, the room became less a setting and more something the flowers seemed to create around themselves.

Framing

This artwork is currently framed with an off-white mat, in an natural oak frame.

For orders within Australia, once the package has left the gallery, please allow 2-6 days for the artwork to arrive at your door and be sure there is somebody there to receive it.
