Hannah Goggs currently resides in Perth, Western Australia where she makes an assortment of work from paintings, pottery, textiles and homewares. Inspiration comes naturally and ideas can spark anytime even from the most mundane of tasks. Each day consists of pottery, screen-printing then looking at yesterday’s varnished artworks to painting new works in the evenings. Hannah loves painting anything that nature has provided “It has not been influenced by humans, so it grows how nature intended it, how wonderful!”. Hannah’s love and passion for her work is infectious “As long as I can bring a smile to people’s faces then I am happy”. A self-taught artist, Hannah takes after both her parents and family before her. Her father and grandfather being inventors and creators themselves, to pottery from Uncles and Aunties. Her mother and father were entrepreneurs, and her mother taught her how to sew.
