‘The Art of Concealment’

A collection of Australian native animals and birds with form and decoration inspired by fabrics, gardens and decorative arts as well as native flora and foliage. Each is hand sculpted ‘ in a mixed raku clay and decorated in underglaze colours using a variety of techniques including sgraffito, wax resist, Mishima and gold lustre.
